As an CRM Business Enablement Manager will serve as a strategic partner across Sales, Marketing, IT, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics as Kyocera’s CRM platform, while also supporting the continued use of HubSpot for marketing automation and lead routing. This position is responsible not only for driving user adoption and process consistency, but also for helping shape how CRM supports Kyocera’s broader go-to-market strategy and sales methodology.

+ Champion the strategic adoption, ongoing optimization, and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics across Kyocera’s sales organization, supporting both Direct and Channel business models.
+ Act as a key stakeholder and internal advocate for the CRM ecosystem, helping ensure Microsoft Dynamics supports sales excellence, pipeline visibility, forecasting discipline, and commercial decision-making.
+ Serve as the primary business-facing resource for CRM-related needs, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Business Transformation to align tools, processes, and reporting with organizational goals.
+ Own and help evolve CRM-related workflows, dashboards, reports, governance, and business requirements to improve usability, consistency, and value for end users.
+ Monitor system adoption, data quality, and user engagement, identifying opportunities to improve CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and process compliance across teams.
+ Develop and deliver training, enablement, and communication plans that help sales teams fully leverage CRM tools to manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and customer activity.
+ Analyze current sales processes and user needs across both Direct and Channel organizations, recommending improvements that strengthen alignment between Kyocera’s sales methodology and CRM execution.
+ Support the integration of Kyocera Sales Excellence (KSE) principles into CRM workflows and sales practices, helping create a more consistent and scalable approach to opportunity management.
+ Partner with Marketing to ensure HubSpot continues to support marketing automation and lead routing effectively, while maintaining strong alignment and handoff between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, prioritize enhancements, and support future CRM-related improvements that advance Kyocera’s go-to-market capabilities.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on CRM data, trends, adoption metrics, and pipeline reporting to support business planning and performance management.
+ Bachelor's degree in a business or marketing-related field, demonstrating strategic thinking and communication skills.
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles.
+ Experience translating business needs into process improvements, system enhancements, and user-facing solutions.
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
+ Experience developing training, enablement, or changing management programs that drive adoption of systems, tools, or methodologies.

The typical pay range for this role is $90,000 -$122,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
