As an Inventory Control Coordinator at the Distribution Center, your primary goal is to enhance data integrity within our Pennsylvania warehouse, our highest volume location in terms of inventory value, receiving, and shipments. You will play a key role in reducing net losses and stabilizing gross variances through diligent inventory control practices. All of which will minimize preventable backorders and increase order accuracy.

+ Conduct daily bin locator audits and item spot checks.
+ Collaborate with the warehouse management team to investigate and reconcile inventory variances identified through cycle counts.
+ Participate in quarterly physical inventory counts and lead onsite reconciliation efforts.
+ Prepare and submit physical count Ringi reports.
+ Compile data and generate reports on key inventory metrics for the facility.
+ Act as a liaison between the DC and HQ for directives and information sharing.
+ Communicate with DC and IC management regarding inventory issues and potential risks.
+ Work with the logistics team to implement best practice initiatives for the APA distribution center.
+ Lead the training of all new hires at the facility.
+ Conduct statistical sampling audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Investigate and resolve inventory-related customer disputes (e.g., shortage/overage claims).
+ Investigate and attempt to resolve back-ordered items.
+ 4–5 years of demonstrated experience in Inventory, Logistics, Fulfillment, or Operations
+ Knowledgeable in inventory control best practices
+ Proven experience in inventory analysis and inventory improvement initiatives
+ Experience with high volume of SKUs (2,000+)
+ Proficient in WMS, TMS, and ERP software (Oracle ERP experience is a plus)
+ Skilled in data analytics and reporting
+ Experience in Microsoft Excel
+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
+ Self-starter and problem solver
+ Willing and able to operate powered industrial equipment
