As an Intern, Marketing, you will support the ongoing activation, optimization, and governance of our corporate brand assets. A key focus of this role will be conducting a comprehensive audit of existing materials to identify opportunities to update, retire, or create new assets, ensuring our content ecosystem is streamlined, relevant, and effective.

Responsibilities

+     Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing corporate content (presentations, collateral, sales materials) to:

o    Identify outdated, duplicative, or underutilized assets

o    Recommend assets to update, retire, or newly develop

+     Support the continued activation and adoption of core corporate presentations already in market by:

o    Gathering structured feedback from internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, leadership)

o    Identifying usability challenges and opportunities for improvement

+     Assist in the development and coordination of new assets, including:

o    Company profile brochures (short and long versions)

o    Corporate video (in partnership with internal teams and external studio)

+     Help create and maintain clear documentation and usage guidelines for all corporate assets (e.g., when and how to use each asset, messaging guardrails)

+     Establish and manage version control practices to ensure teams are using the most current materials

+     Track asset usage and adoption across teams using simple methods (e.g., surveys, check-ins, usage logs)

+     Support creation of lightweight training and enablement materials (e.g., quick-start guides, FAQs, internal announcements)

Qualifications

 

Required:

+       Currently pursuing (or recently graduated) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field

+       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an interest in process and systems

+       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+       Ability to manage multiple tasks within a defined scope

+       Comfortable with PowerPoint; familiarity with SharePoint as a documentation tool is a plus

 

Preferred:

+       Experience creating or maintaining documentation, playbooks, or internal guides

+       Basic understanding or skills in graphic design with an eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency across branded materials

+       Interest in branding, communications, and content creation and operations.

 

 

 

The pay range for this role is $21.00/Hr
