As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business by building relationships with new and existing clients, selling our advanced document solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for selling KDA equipment, services, and supplies to your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

  • Partner with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a strategic territory plan, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Expand relationships within existing accounts by promoting Kyocera's Managed Network Services, Software, and Solutions portfolio.
  • Promptly follow up on assigned sales leads and opportunities within established response timeframes.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective presentations, proposals, product demonstrations, and solution-based selling.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Generate new business by scheduling a minimum of three new prospect appointments per week.
  • Conduct a minimum of five Account Reviews per quarter to strengthen client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead at least two Strategic Account Reviews each month for key accounts.
  • Ensure all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities are consistently tracked and maintained in CRM.
  • Recommend tailored solutions and equipment configurations that effectively meet customers' operational needs.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights related to National Account strategies and activities.
  • Develop and submit accurate monthly sales forecasts and prospect reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Proactively communicate challenges, concerns, and business opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Participate in ongoing product, industry, and sales training programs to continuously enhance knowledge and performance.

 

This position requires you to customarily and regularly work more than half your time selling or obtaining orders away from the employer’s place of business.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred          
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

 

Compensation:

 

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is more than $85,845 (base salary, monthly commission and bonus) and is geared to reward high performers. Of this amount, the typical base pay range for this role is $37,720 - $51,660. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
