As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will provide professional customer service for both external and internal customers, be an effective communicator, complete inquiries accurately and efficiently, resolve discrepancies expertly with a high degree of empathy, and always demonstrate a consciences attitude.

Responsibilities

+      Assist customers with cancellations, shipping discrepancies, order updates, return authorizations, purchase orders, and pricing.

+      Create commercial export invoices and packing lists.

+      Qualify and process qualifying documentation for credits and billing transactions.

+      Support customer inquiries regarding products and parts via email and phone.

+      Assist Supply Chain Specialists with special projects.

+      Capture and review supporting documentation for special priced orders.

+      Assist customers placing orders through the company website.

+      Understanding and compliance to Company policy, procedures, rules, and guidelines.

+      Routinely follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

+      High School diploma or GED

+      Minimum 2-year customer service experience in a corporate environment

+      Verbal & written bilingual communication (Spanish), Preferred

+      Must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

+      Proven history of being reliable and a team player

+      Intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

+      Ability to work overtime periodically

 

Preferred:

+      Knowledge of import and export processes and regulations

+      Familiar with logistics and factory/warehouse operations

+      B2B interactions in Latin American territories
