As a Customer Service Representative, Service Delivery, you will oversee the delivery and installation of equipment, assist with invoicing orders and compensating dealers for installations. You will be responsible for providing internal and external sales support and generating sales orders, revenue reports and troubleshooting any program issues.

Responsibilities

 

  • Track order information and follow up with customers for installations to provide tracking numbers.
  • Follow up to make sure that installation paperwork is received for all inventory shipped to dealers for installation.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate account information and communicate to customers and field sales.
  • Create, print and send out dispatch labels.
  • Assist managers in reviewing credits/debits and specialized billing.
  • Enter and follow up on all install reports in assigned territories.
  • Provide offline and modified Excel reports extracted from E-Views.
  • Coordinate RMAs to be returned to return center.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with national account billing as needed.
  • Maintain an understanding and compliance to Company policy, procedures, rules, and guidelines.
  • Complete special projects and/or other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • High School diploma or GED

Preferred:

  • Experience in the document solutions industry.
  • Experience with e-Automate, ServiceNow.
  • College Degree. 

The typical pay range for this role is $50,000 -$62,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
