As a Payroll Analyst, you will be part of a team where you’ll manage multi state company payrolls and the processing functions. You’ll ensure pay, and time and attendance are processed timely, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. As a Finance team member, you’ll also collaborate with other teams to help build efficient systems. In this role, you will report to the Payroll Manager and will primarily be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for 2,300+ employees. Ideally, you will have at least 5+ years of experience working in a payroll department & 5+ years’ experience with ADP Workforce Now and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

+ Process payroll batches in ADP, including commissions, bonuses, and taxable fringes; prepare manual updates and checks for W-2 purposes; review and distribute live checks; and generate payroll reports for Finance and other stakeholders.
+ Maintain accurate tax jurisdictions and ensure proper multi-state and local tax setup based on employee work and residence locations.
+ Review timecards and non-worked time reports for accuracy and compliance with State and Corporate Policies.
+ Maintain spreadsheets for employee changes, new hires, and terminations.
+ Calculate year-end Company Car personal usage and maintain Group Term Life (GTL) reports with year-end true-up.
+ Generate and download payroll and tax reports across company codes; support internal and external audit data requests.
+ Conduct routine audits, resolve payroll discrepancies, and process necessary adjustments to employee records.
+ Ensure accurate taxation and garnishment is applied to each employee record.
+ Respond to employee questions in a timely manner.
+ Assist with payroll updates, ad hoc tasks, and key projects as directed by the Payroll Manager.
+ Review audit and approve expenses via Concur system.
+ Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of payroll experience required, including timecard uploads, auditing payroll changes/timecard entries, payroll processing, and expense reimbursements.
+ Minimum 4+ years ADP Workforce Now experience required; 3–7 years preferred.
+ Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
+ Understanding labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and employees.
+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
+ Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
+ Familiarity with HRIS systems, report writing, and accounting tools.
+ Highly organized, analytical, and able to prioritize tasks.
Preferred:
+ CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) a Plus
+ 3-7 years ADP payroll experience including Workforce Now
+ Processing multiple payrolls for over 2,300 employees
+ Familiarity with expense reimbursement systems
The typical pay range for this role is $71,000 -$88,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
