The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of new and existing strategic and global client accounts. Acting as a liaison between the Strategic Account Sales Team, Customer Service, and clients, this role ensures all activities are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client needs and expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

+         Lead implementation processes for strategic and global accounts from initiation through completion

+         Coordinate with the Customer Operations Manager to track, monitor, and report implementation progress

+         Serve as the primary point of contact for installations, internal teams, and clients during the implementation phase

+         Provide dedicated support to Strategic Account Sales Executives to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience

+         Collaborate with service teams to activate eligible devices and services efficiently and accurately

+         Manage customer accounts and perform administrative follow-ups as needed

+         Troubleshoot order issues, account discrepancies, and service setup concerns in a timely and professional manner

+         Resolve client issues promptly during and after implementation, maintaining a high standard of service and satisfaction

Qualifications

+         5 years’ experience within the office product industry

+         2+ years in customer service, project management, account management, or a similar client-facing role

+         Proficiency in MS office and strong general computer skills

+         Excellent organizational time management skills

+         Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

+         Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

+         Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

 

 

Preferred:

+         Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

 

 

The typical pay range for this role is $62,000 -$100,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
