As a Manager, Events and Sponsorship, you will help lead our most prominent external-facing programs and strengthen Kyocera’s brand presence through thoughtful sponsorship and customer engagement.
This role focuses on supporting high-level customer loyalty events, select executive engagements, and key sponsorship activations that reflect the company’s market positioning. Events may include global programs such as Formula 1 and national initiatives like summits or dealer incentive trips. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and partnership coordination to ensure these programs run smoothly and leave a lasting impression.
This position partners closely with the Events Manager while maintaining distinct responsibility for select programs tied to brand experience, external partnership, and sponsorship planning.

+ Lead the planning and execution of prestigious external-facing events, including sponsored programs (e.g., Sport Events) and executive summits. Support the planning and execution of high-end customer incentive trips as assigned, based on timing and alignment with other strategic priorities.
+ Develop and manage strategic sponsorships, including identifying opportunities, building partnerships, negotiating agreements, and overseeing activation.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, communication, sales leadership) to deliver events that reflect Kyocera’s brand and business goals.
+ Contribute to the planning and delivery of dealer reward trips and customer loyalty programs, serving as lead or support based on timing and sponsorship involvement.
+ Support brand activations and other executive brand initiatives alongside the Events Manager.
+ Design and implement event toolkits, sponsorship playbooks, and performance reporting dashboards to improve scalability and cross-team alignment.
+ Track and report ROI on sponsorships and strategic events, gathering insights to inform future planning and investment.
+ Oversee select responsibilities of the Events & Sponsorship Intern, providing guidance and task delegation related to research, reporting, and event logistics.
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
+ 5–7 years of experience in event marketing, sponsorship strategy, or experiential brand events.
+ Proven success planning and managing executive-level or partner-facing events, ideally with sponsorship or brand integration.
+ Experience negotiating sponsorships, managing activation deliverables, and analyzing post-event performance.
+ Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors.
+ Familiarity with event management platforms, CRM systems, and project tracking tools (Jira a plus).

The typical pay range for this role is $81,000-$119,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
