As a Senior Director, Revenue Marketing, you will play a critical role within the Corporate Marketing Team, responsible for driving measurable growth through the orchestration of full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives. This leader will design and execute integrated campaigns that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and optimize conversion at every stage of the customer journey. The Director will manage a diverse team, including digital experience, eCommerce, inside sales, CRM, and Paid Media.

 

This position requires a seasoned marketing leader with a track record of building high-performance teams, aligning marketing with sales, and delivering clear, measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

+         Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue marketing strategy aligned with corporate sales goals, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and customer expansion.

+         Lead demand generation programs across channels, including web, email, content, search, social, media, and account-based marketing (ABM), to deliver qualified pipeline.

+         Oversee Digital Experience initiatives, including website strategy, UX/UI design, SEO/SEM, and conversion optimization to enhance user engagement, support lead generation, and strengthen brand presence across digital channels.

+         Lead eCommerce strategy and execution across platforms such as Amazon, managing product listings, digital merchandising, promotions, and performance analytics to drive online sales growth and marketplace visibility.

+         Partner closely with Sales and Channel teams to build integrated campaigns that align with buyer personas and the B2B decision-making journey.

+         Own marketing attribution and ROI, implementing best-in-class measurement frameworks to track campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition cost.

+         Collaborate closely with Kyocera’s Creative Studio, a retained agency partner, to ensure the seamless execution of campaign assets, brand-aligned creative, and digital content that supports revenue marketing goals across channels.

+         Enhance lead management processes, nurturing flows, and scoring models in collaboration with the CRM Manager and Inside Sales to accelerate conversion.

+         Build, mentor, and expand a high-performing revenue marketing team, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability.

+         Evaluate and manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are fully leveraged to enable automation, personalization, and data-driven decision making.

+         Report regularly to senior leadership on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

+         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

+         Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a demand generation or revenue marketing leadership role.

+         Proven success in building and scaling integrated marketing programs that directly contribute to revenue growth.

+         Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems (preferably Hubspot and/or MS Dynamics), web analytics, and performance marketing tools.

+         Experience collaborating closely with Sales leadership and building strong sales-marketing alignment.

+         Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced environment.

+         Outstanding leadership, team-building, and communication skills with a talent for inspiring teams and driving execution.

 

Additional Information
The Corporate Marketing Group operates within an Agile framework, utilizing Scrum methodology for effective planning. The team orchestrates its activities in sprints spanning three weeks, meticulously tracking progress and tasks through a digital platform, specifically Jira. With four teams concurrently running four sprints, the team engages in regular ceremonies to maintain alignment and momentum. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is imperative. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in reinforcing and enhancing this collaborative approach, ensuring the team consistently delivers the highest quality outcomes with optimal efficiency.

The typical pay range for this role is $174,000-$217,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
