As a Sales Support Coordinator, Direct Sales you will provide administrative assistance to the Vice President of Direct Sales and other external staff in Direct Sales.

Responsibilities

Ongoing:

+       Administer, manage, and consolidate reporting and scheduling for the Direct Sales Division.

+       Assist in the creation of weekly and monthly sales reports.

+       Provide input into the annual and quarterly sales meetings for the Direct Sales Subsidiaries.

+       Coordinate the VP of Sales for Directs meetings and travel schedules throughout the fiscal year.

+       Collect and report on travel expenses for the Direct HQ sales personnel.

+       Make occasional field trips to subsidiaries and assist in marketing and sales program implementation.

+       Set up of all departmental Teams Meetings.

+       Attend and act as a scribe for all departmental Kyocera Philosophy Trainings

 

Periodic:

+       Coordinate all activities relating to Kyocera's Direct Sales Kickoff Meeting and Quarterly Meetings.

+       Responsible for the gathering and reporting of stack rankings for the annual Master’s Club Trip.

+       Issue status reports, on a semiannual basis, for quarterly sales promotions.

+       Issue updates monthly, of Direct Sales Expense Master Plan

+       Keep the KETOS Top-10 KPI Scorecard up-to-date

 

Qualifications

+       5 years of professional work experience

+       Individual must be well organized and attentive to detail.

+       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+       Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

+       Advanced PowerPoint Skills are required.

+       SharePoint experience

 

 

Preferred:

+       BA degree preferred

+       Experience working within a corporate sales division

+       Experience in the office technology space

+       Microsoft PowerBi

+       Microsoft VISIO
