As a Corporate Marketing Intern focused on Events and Sponsorships, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the Channel Marketing and Corporate Marketing teams in the coordination and execution of events and sponsorship activities. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to explore a career in event planning and marketing.

Responsibilities

+       Assist with the coordination of events such as workshops, trade shows, and conferences.

+       Support the team in organizing sponsorship activities and maintaining partner relationships.

+       Help with logistical tasks including venue research, vendor communication, and materials preparation.

+       Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for event planning and promotion.

+       Provide on-site support during events, helping with set-up and attendee engagement.

+       Assist in gathering feedback and compiling post-event reports.

 

Additional Information

The Corporate Marketing Group uses Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage projects in three-week sprints using Jira. Exposure to or interest in Agile practices is a plus.
