As a Dispatch Supervisor, you will ensure that customers have the best possible interaction with our service department daily.
+ Ensuring a positive customer experience when contacting the Service Department.
+ Answering incoming calls for support and responding to communication from both internal and external customers
+ Process customer service calls into E-Automate system. Collect and record data entry of completed service calls. Responsible for review and accuracy of data entry in a timely manner
+ Setup and verify new service contracts.
+ Ensuring proper billing of contracts on a continuing basis
+ Ensure timely response of technicians through monitoring of active service calls.
+ Schedule and supervise operations and training of service coordinators.
+ Communicate urgent or priority calls to technicians. Ensure that priority calls are completed in an expedient manner.
+ 3 + years of industry experience as a service coordinator.
+ Strong understanding of industry software.
+ Strong skills in customer service.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Good leadership skills.
+ Attention to detail.
Required:
+ Concentration, speed, and accuracy to handle paperwork expeditiously a must.
+ Accuracy in math calculations.
+ Familiarity with personal computers and networks.
+ High level of confidentiality.
+ Customer service oriented.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
+ Ability and willingness to travel.
+ Proactive sense of urgency to take initiative.
+ Positive attitude towards co-workers and customers.
