We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Subsidiary President to join our team. This role will be responsible for recruiting and developing high-performing teams focused on enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience to help drive strategic revenue growth across all product lines. This senior sales leadership position requires a visionary leader who can balance strategic planning as well as tactical hands-on sales strategy development and execution.

Responsibilities

+       Inspire and lead the sales team to achieve ambitious sales objectives. Create a culture of success and continual business and goal attainment.

+       Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.

+       Evaluate local market conditions to identify key prospects to target.

+       Coach team to the highest level of performance possible while providing consistent feedback and inspection.

+       Ensure the sales team maintains a robust pipeline of opportunities to exceed their monthly quota.

+       Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand Kyocera’s presence and customer base in the assigned region.

+       Ensure the sales team is fully adopting the company’s CRM system by inputting customer and prospect data, contact information as well as activity, and opportunities.

+       Operate with a high level of business acumen, integrity, and personal accountability.

Qualifications

+       A minimum of 10 years managing B2B Sales teams in the Office Technology Industry

+       B.A. or B.S. degree

+       Demonstrated ability to lead and drive revenue growth by influencing others.

+       Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

+       Experience in managing and developing department budgets.

+       Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and critical thinking skills

+       Strong track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the technology or document solutions industry.

+       Experience successfully working in cross-functional teams.

+       In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

+       Travel up to 30% may be required.

 

Preferred:

+       Direct sales leadership of multiple teams in the office equipment/imaging market.

+       Working knowledge of Compass Sherpa and EAutomate.

+       Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM and PowerBI

+       Social media / Marketing savvy.

The typical pay range for this role is $203,000.00- $254,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
