As a Manager, Branding, you will play a key role within the Corporate Marketing Team, acting as a steward of the Kyocera brand and ensuring consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment across all brand touchpoints. This individual will lead brand development initiatives, champion brand standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity and awareness in the North American market. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

+         Lead the evolution, positioning, and consistent execution of the Kyocera brand strategy across all marketing and communications channels.

+         Manage and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring internal teams and external partners adhere to visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging standards.

+         Collaborate with internal departments, channel partners, and creative agencies to develop and implement brand-driven marketing campaigns and creative assets.

+         Oversee the development and maintenance of core brand assets such as corporate presentations, messaging guides, brand toolkits, and templates.

+         Monitor and evaluate brand performance through key metrics, market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy and creative direction.

+         Support product marketing and channel teams to ensure alignment of brand identity with product positioning and customer experience.

+         Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and preference among target audiences, including digital, social, and traditional media efforts.

+         Serve as an internal brand advocate, conducting training and workshops to educate employees and stakeholders on brand principles and usage.

+         Ensure consistent brand representation across physical and digital experiences, including websites, events, packaging, and printed collateral.

Qualifications

+         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

+         Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within a corporate, technology, or B2B environment.

+         Proven ability to build and maintain a strong, cohesive brand across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.

+         Strong understanding of branding principles, design fundamentals, and integrated marketing practices.

+         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

+         Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

+         Proficiency in brand asset management platforms and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

+         Experience managing agencies and creative vendors to deliver brand-consistent work on time and within budget.
