As a Specialist, Employee Experience, you will be responsible for enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational success through the development and execution of Employee Engagement, diversity, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Joining a small and essential team, you’ll report to the Director of HR Operations and will work alongside a talented group! As this is a new role, there’s a lot of scope for you to have a large impact on a company that’s in growth mode.
You are motivated to be the champion of the employee experience and have a passion for being an organizational culture champion. You can build programs from scratch, assess and enhance existing programs and communicate your vision for improvements that get others onboard.

+ Develop and execute the strategy for employee engagement/employee experience to be implemented and scaled across all KDA locations.
+ Foster healthy employer-employee relationships through conducting engagement surveys and spearheading events and initiatives aimed at acknowledging and celebrating our diverse workforce.
+ Use innovative thinking and creativity to design engaging programs and activities that resonate with employees.
+ Manage the administration and coordination of employee events such as Employee Appreciation Days, company picnics/outings, organizational team building activities, etc.
+ Analyze employee surveys and data, organize recognition programs, and promote open and transparent communication within the organization.
+ Manage the administration of CSR initiatives, as well as conducting quarterly program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. Create KDA’s annual CSR impact report.
+ Promote employee volunteering initiatives aligned with company core values and objectives.
+ Build and maintain relationships with national and local community non-profit partners.
Other related duties as assigned.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
+ Previous experience successfully leading and implementing engagement activities and programs.
+ Strong data analysis skills to interpret survey results and HR metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
+ Ability to develop and deliver formal, impactful presentations and influence management on outcomes.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills across all levels.
+ Ability to drive projects from conceptualization to implementation, including event planning training and more.
+ Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, while being detailed oriented and working to varying deadlines.
+ Advanced Microsoft Suite usage as you’ll showcase your analytical, presenting and data skillsets using the entire range
+ Familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
+ Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
