As a Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing sales operations for a specific geographic region, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales team and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

+ General responsibility to provide leadership and management support to all regional personnel.
+ Achieve quotas as assigned, including but not limited to sales quota, dealer recruitment quota and new dealer development.
+ Support Area Sales Managers’ (ASM) efforts in the field to reach their assigned sales budgets.
+ Assist ASM’s in establishing and maintaining a dealer network within their assigned territory.
+ Develop each dealership for maximum growth in their assigned territory and assist ASM’s in developing their dealerships.
+ Develop plans and train personnel to assure the implementation and utilization of Kyocera programs in the field.
+ Recruit, hire, train and manage the region’s sales and support staff.
+ Submit weekly, monthly, and special reports as required via computer and ensure that reports for ASM’s in the region are also submitted on time and are correct.
+ In a sales consultant role with us, you will be building relationships with potential new customers and maintaining current clients, which requires you to be out in the field at least 50% of the time.

Qualifications

+ Minimum of 10 years office equipment sales with a focus on copier/printer sales.
+ Minimum 2 years of sales management experience,
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills
+ Ability to travel an average of 50% (overnight included)
+ Valid driver’s license


Preferred:
+ Bachelor’s degree
