As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling KDA equipment, services, and supplies to your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

  • Promote and sell Kyocera's innovative products and solutions through compelling presentations, customized proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while building a healthy pipeline of opportunities for both short-term and long-term growth.
  • Proactively develop new business by scheduling at least three new prospect meetings each week.
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline within Sherpa, ensuring all prospects, opportunities, and sales activities are accurately tracked.
  • Conduct regular Account Reviews and Strategic Account Reviews to identify growth opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Provide monthly forecasts, pipeline updates, and account activity reports through Sherpa.
  • Recommend solutions that are tailored to each customer's unique business needs and operational requirements.
  • Gather and share market intelligence, including competitive insights and industry trends, to support sales strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and upgrade customer environments with Kyocera solutions as business needs evolve.
  • Communicate opportunities, challenges, and customer feedback with leadership to support ongoing success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales with Office Technology experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • College degree preferred.

 

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

 

Compensation:

 

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are more than $140,483.00 (base salary, monthly commission and bonus) and is geared to reward high performers. Of this amount, the typical base pay range for this role is $51,576.00 - $59,865.00. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
