As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage the procurement and distribution of supplies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to meet the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Management: Oversee the purchasing of supplies and materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory management practices to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery schedules and quality of materials.
• Data Management: Use inventory management software to track supplies, generate reports, and analyze data to forecast future needs.
• Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control budgets for supplies procurement, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordination: Work closely with various departments to forecast supply needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot supply chain issues and develop effective solutions to ensure a smooth supply process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with suppliers or inventory and develop effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:
• Experience in the technology or office solutions industry.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

The typical pay range for this role is $50,000.00-$62,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
