As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all KDS Southwest accounts for all branches working with lease partners and internal and external customers. It is important to maintain excellent customer service representation to all groups.

Responsibilities

+ Maintains all cycles and process all maintenance agreement invoicing.
+ Set-up and maintain new contracts in eAutomate.
+ Setup new contracts in KFS and manage devices.
+ Run Meter reports for meter collection; assist in meter entry into eAutomate as needed.
+ Run monthly termination and lease reports.
+ Validate entered meters and estimate uncollected meters as needed.
+ Process all contract billing and mail out contract invoices.
+ Set-up new equipment and customers into Eautomate as needed.
+ Process all customer name, location, and address changes.
+ Reconcile National Accounts credit memo to eAutomate billings monthly.
+ Responds to customer inquiries as needed with regards to contract billing questions.
+ Set up new inter-territorial agreements with third parties.
+ Review and approve all inter-territorial bills received for AP processing.

 

Qualifications

Required:
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
+ One-year prior industry related experience preferred.
+ Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
+ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
+ Basic Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

 

Preferred:
+ One year of prior industry related experience
