As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will support the sales team and handle all the daily administrative duties for the Subsidiary President.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain Sherpa CRM including account, product, price and lease rate updates
+ Ensure that new hires are properly added to Sherpa and access is promptly terminated when employees are terminated.
+ Approve account adds within the Sherpa CRM
+ Maintain territory integrity within CRM

+ Work with sales reps and assist in setting up deals properly in Sherpa
+ Provide monthly sales and activity reports through Sherpa
+ Assist sales reps with questions regarding leasing, contracts or billing
+ Provide support to Subsidiary President with reporting and other tasks
+ Assists Subsidiary President in day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
+ Makes travel arrangements when necessary.
+ Works with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Tableau.
+ Point of contact with field personnel and managers.
+ Analytical Sales Reporting to include the KPI updates, Sales Forecasting, Tender Report, New Dealer Prospects, and Monthly Stack Ranking.
+ Updates monthly reports in SharePoint, expenses in Concur.
+ Creates PowerPoint presentations.
+ Distributes and monitors Leads in HubSpot.

 

Qualifications

Required:
+ High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
+ Strong communication skills both oral and written form required.
+ 2 years’ administrative experience.
+ The incumbent must be familiar with computer software, specifically Word, PowerPoint Outlook and Excel.
+ Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
+ Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

 

Preferred:
+Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
