As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse inventory including equipment, accessories and lease returns. This also includes monthly cycle counts, loss-prevention, preventing inventory from “aging” by proactively using “First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management.

Responsibilities

+       Manage all warehouse staff; Motivate and discipline as necessary.

+       Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.

+       Oversee all incoming/outgoing shipments, including but not exclusive to:  UPS, FEDEX & LTL Freight, and Local Carriers.

+       Ensure warehouse staff is up to date on all training, such as forklift operation

+       Responsible for ensuring that all corresponding KPI’s are adhered to.

+       Responsible for monthly equipment and accessory inventory.

+       Implement and adhere to operational policies and procedures.

+       Implement and overseeing security operations.

+       Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

+       Ensure safety of staff.

+       Responsible for the overall warehouse facility.

+       Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.

+       Manage Used Equipment Inventory, including weekly distribution of available inventory to KDSW Sales teams.

+       Manage physical and record-keeping of all Lease Returns.

Qualifications

+    High School Diploma or GED equivalent

+    Warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, tracking, BOL procedure)

+    Inventory control experience

+    Certified Lift truck operator

The typical pay range for this role is $93,000.00-$117,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors
