As an Operations Support Associate, you will coordinate all administrative processes relating to the inbound and outbound movement of product and services.

Responsibilities

+       Coordinate all administrative processes relating to the inbound and outbound movement of product and services.

+       Receive and process P/O's

+       Respond to requests for information and/or status updates from CS and/or sales reps.

+       Prepare and distribute pick tickets and shipment documentation

+       Obtain spot quotes from carriers.

+       Prepare BOL's for shipment transport

+       Manage inbound/outbound communications with carriers, vendors, CS, and sales reps.

+       Coordinate pickup of will-call orders with customers.

+       Follow up with freight carriers and service providers on status as needed.

+       Maintain accurate paper and electronic records

+       Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Required:

+       High School Graduate or GED Equivalent

+       Strong computer and spreadsheet skills

+       Minimum of 1yr administrative and/or customer service experience

+       Strong organizational skills

+       Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks of varying priority

+       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Preferred:

+       Bilingual (English, Spanish)

+       Experience in shipping or warehouse operation

+       Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
