As a ServiceNow Architect you are responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance enterprise IT operations. The position leads the architectural and technical direction of our ServiceNow deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities

+       Design and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

+       Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and other modules.

+       Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

+       Conduct requirement gathering, process design, and workflow customization.

+       Leads functional analysis, technical design, gap identification and requirements definition for any sized projects in the assigned function.

+       Ensure the integrity of the ServiceNow platform through effective vendor management, risk monitoring, and adherence to best practices.

+       Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

+       Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and developers.

Qualifications

+       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.

+       Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture

+       Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

+       Profound knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITAM, CSM, CMDB, and PPM modules.

+       Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and a good understanding of ITIL processes.

+       Proven track record in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations in an enterprise environment.

+       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.

+       Willing and able to learn and pick up new technologies and responsibilities.

+       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a specialized technical team.

 

 

Certifications

+       ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

+       ITIL Foundation Certification

+       ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is advantageous.
