As an Integration Developer will be responsible for connecting systems with an array of middleware, coding, and database operations. They will design and develop efficient integration, leveraging existing and new code base to enhance and improve process design. The Integration Developer will utilize various integration tools such as Microsoft Azure Integration Services, IBM App Connect Enterprise (IIB) & Professional Cloud (Formerly Cast Iron). They will provide creative solutions within the application framework, and effectively communicate with clients and the rest of the team.

Responsibilities

+     Design and develop new Integration architecture patterns like synchronous and asynchronous communication, API’s, event/message-based integration using modern integration technologies

+     Devising and reporting on integration development plans and strategies

+     Document technical requirements in the interface context

+     Work with cross functional teams on understanding the requirements for integration, designing, and developing the integrations

+     Think holistically and build integration as framework and reusable assets for broader usage

+     Checking and correcting conflicts in data configurations and overlaps

+     Understanding various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

+     Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and programming languages

+     Analyzing and improving current system integrations and migration strategies

+     Identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issue

+     Troubleshoot reported issues with existing API / Feeds integrations

+     Implement processes and logic to extract, transform, and distribute data across one or more data stores from a wide variety of sources

+     Optimize data integration platform to provide optimal performance under increasing data volumes

+     Ensure high quality and optimum performance of data integration systems in order to meet business solutions

+     Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.

Qualifications

Required:

+     7+ years of experience in architecture, design, development of enterprise-grade Integration platforms.

+     5+ years of experience with database management systems such as Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.

+     Strong Knowledge of Web Service technologies: (WSDL, SOAP, SOA, XML, XSLT, JSON, REST) and Azure API Management

+     Strong Knowledge with Azure Integration Services, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid and Azure Data Factory

+     Experience with other integration platforms and technologies preferably IBM App Connect or IIB

+     Experience with the implementation of B2B interfaces using standard EDI files such as X12, SWIFT, EDIFACT, And Communication Protocol Connectors HTTP, SFTP, AS2, etc.

+     Azure DevOps experience

+     Must have programming skills and/or good experience in the field

+     Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

+     Self-motivated and good team player

+     Willing and able to learn and pick up new technologies and responsibilities

+     Good interpersonal and communication skills

+     Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

+     Strong initiative; able to self-manage. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done

+     Team player who works well with technical and business resources

+     BS in computer science, software engineering or related field, and/or extensive work experience.

+     Attendance at Kyocera’s headquarters office in Fairfield, NJ per current work policies is required.

+     Company paid relocation is not provided to the Fairfield, NJ office. The candidate must self-relocate.

 

Preferred:

+     Relevant certifications in Azure, Java, MuleSoft or Boomi

+     Azure Cloud experience

+     Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Concur, ServiceNow or Salesforce APIs

+     Integrating BPM tools with ERP systems
