As a Channel Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and nurturing strategic distribution partners in designated markets within the United States.

Responsibilities

+     Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target markets with high growth potential. Develop recruitment strategies tailored to each market.

+     Partner Identification: Identify potential distribution partners who align with the company's goals and values. Build a comprehensive database of potential partners.

+     Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners through networking, meetings, and ongoing communication.

+     Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end partner recruitment process, including negotiation, contract drafting, and onboarding.

+     Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate partner performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.

+     Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless onboarding and support for partners.

+     Reporting: Generate regular reports and updates on partner recruitment progress for senior leadership.

+     Compliance: Ensure partners comply with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.

+     In a sales consultant role with us, you will be building relationships with potential new customers and maintaining current clients, which requires you to be out in the field at least 75% of the time.

Qualifications

Required:

+     Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

+     Proven experience in partner recruitment, ideally in a related industry.

+     Strong understanding of distribution partner ecosystems and market dynamics.

+     Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

+     Effective negotiation and contract management abilities.

+     Ability to work independently and take initiative.

+     Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

+     Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within the United States.

 

Preferred:

+     Experience with CRM and sales software is a plus.
