As a Sales Programs Specialist, you will provide support to Kyocera’s channel sales division as the go-to person for Dealer onboarding, Dealer updates and special projects. You have a passion for superior customer service, data analytics, and process optimization.  You pride yourself on being efficiency, accountable, and always acting with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

+       Handles New Dealer Application through Contract Creation & Management

+       Communicates with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely New Dealer setup

+       Manages/Coordinates set up of all New Dealers in Oracle

+       Manages/Coordinates current Dealers and Subsidiary updates in Oracle

+       Send and track communication to Dealers relating to their Revenue Performance.  I.e.: Warning letters, cancellation letters

+       Manages internal communication regarding New Dealer and Dealer updates

+       Assist with:

o    Set up of seasonal promotions in Oracle

o    Management of standard pricing in Oracle

o    Administering the payment of approved special support funds for Dealers and Subsidiaries

o    Providing regular reporting to Finance for accruals

+       Performs special projects on an ad hoc basis

Qualifications

Required:

+       Minimum three years business experience at corporate/home office level.

+       Good oral and written communication skills. 

+       Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.   

+       Ability to interface well with others.

+       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.  Excellent MS Excel experience including report creations, v-lookups, and pivot tables.

+       Proficient in Oracle-based programs (Discover, etc.)

+       Ability to work and interact with all levels of management/departments throughout KDA
