  • Overview

    The Sales Administration Coordinator is responsible for administration of authorized dealer major account programs as well as other dealer programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze, validate and process Major Account dealer claims and other dealer program claims according to guidelines of the program for Kyocera and Copystar authorized dealers.  
    • Assist with administrative needs included but not limited to monthly reporting and accruals.
    • Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve various dealer credit related issues.
    • Filing documentation submitted by authorized dealers monthly.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Attention to detail.
    • Great organization skills
    • Time management skills; Able to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
    • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint & Word required
    • Experience working in fast paced environment where multiple tasks need to be juggled
    • Good communication skills both oral and written form required. Incumbent must show good business judgment and work independently with a minimum of supervision.
    • The core hours of this position are 8:30am  - 5:00pm, but overtime may be required.

     

    Preferred:

    • Oracle experience
    • Lotus Notes
