  • Overview

    The position is responsible for driving revenue through effective relationships within the Fortune 1000 customer base.  The EAM will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for the accounts within their assigned territory.  The individual will be introducing Kyocera products as business solutions and managing the enterprise relationship with the customer and Kyocera.  The EAM will be the primary point of contact for each of their accounts and be responsible for managing the entire sales process.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and overall Annual Master Plan
    • Manage all aspects of the customer relationships with enterprise level accounts, including global growth
    • Continuously develop higher level relationships within new and existing accounts
    • Develop an Account Plan and Strategy to drive business within assigned accounts
    • Identify key business opportunities through effective account penetration and territory management
    • Conduct joint planning sessions with the Enterprise team to discuss short and long-term plans
    • Schedule new client meetings, prepare presentations, proposals and bid specifications to win new business
    • New business prospecting, developing, closing and rolling out for new and current enterprise customers
    • Ability to manage contracts and pricing agreements for existing and new accounts with the goal of increasing overall market penetration for all products
    • Meet and exceed monthly activity requirements
    • Update management with competitive activity and trends
    • Update Focus Sales Management System will all key territory activities and initiatives
    • Effectively manage territory pipeline and provide forecasting information in a timely manner

     

     

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • Minimum of 7 years sales experience in the technology industry calling on Fortune 1000 accounts.
    • Minimum of 3 years selling IT Solutions within office product industry
    • Business and financial acumen
    • Relationship and conflict management skills
    • Strategic account management skills & effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply creative solutions
    • Internal and external selling skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to travel up to 80% (overnight included)
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Territory AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, IA, ID, KS, MN, MO, MT, NE, ND, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, UT, WA, WY
    • Company relocation not provided. If employee is not within territory employee would need to self-relocate.
    • Physical requirements: standing, sitting and working with computer, bending, and light lifting.

     

    PREFERRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience selling document management and solutions is preferred
