Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director, Integrated Marketing Communications, the Digital Experience Manager provides a positive user experience by planning and designing the information structure for websites and other web portals or platforms. This position focuses on the online user audience, the technologies (i.e. Adobe Experience Manager) that are used to create and maintain the sites and provides a level of guidance and governance for content on KYOCERA Document Solutions America Group sites.
A Digital Experience Manager must be able to create content, templates and design implementation strategies by leveraging user behavior and voice of market analysis derived from data tracked through Adobe Analytics; thereby creating media/content structure, interactive experiences, workflow diagrams and other production materials for the Company’s web-based communications systems. This position must be able to coordinate with internal resources, creative and production agencies and other resources to implement corporate digital experience strategies.
