    This position is responsible for the design, layout and format of marketing materials, as well as working with vendors to create customer-facing content, such as catalogs, sales meetings and trade show coordination.  In addition, they will be required to perform GSA Contract Administration, specifically for National & Government Accounts, as needed.


    • Develop and maintain the National Account Program documentation, procedures and guidelines.  Provide this book to the National and Government Account Managers, DC Branch and our KYOCERA Document Solutions America (“KDA”) Dealers.
    • Develop and maintain National and Government Account Pricing Catalogs as new products are launched or contracts are updated.
    • Provide support to the field in the form of Sales Materials, New Product Launches, Powerpoint Presentations, Proposal Materials, etc.
    • Manage and assist in VIP presentations to potentials customers.
    • Plan and coordinate National Sales Meetings.  Assist with presentations, hotel accommodations, car service, etc.
    • Coordinate and when required attend trade shows/conferences that are directly related to National Accounts to provide feedback to management on trends and new opportunities for business expansion.
    • Develop, provide and monitor Sales Promotions for Commercial and GSA customers.
    • Update all activity for National Account websites, both internally (KDA Connect) and externally (with vendor for contract specific websites).
    • Provide material to the Dealer community in regards to Promotions, Updated National Account Pricing, National Account announcements.
    • Interface with the Dealers on questions regarding KDA’s National Account Program and Special Promotions.
    • Provide GSA Contract administrative assistance to the Director, Bids & Contracts, Operations and Marketing with GSA contracts including but not limited to the following activities:
    • Assist in the preparation of GSA Contract modifications for Schedule 36 and 70 contracts including pricing.
    • Interface with GSA Contract Auditors for follow-up
    • Assist in the preparation of GSA Contract Small Business Plan in coordination with Kyocera’s General Administration Department
    • Interface with GSA Contract Specialists for Schedule 36 and 70 to ensure timely completion of contract modifications
    • Assist in the preparation of GSA Contract offers
    • Update GSA Contract websites including GSA Advantage
    • Review and approve GSA Contract catalogs to ensure pricing terms and conditions match contract award
    • Field travel as required



    • Minimum 3 years of experience in related position
    • Experience with GSA contracts
    • Experience providing sales support
    • Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
    • Ability to travel 5%
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Company paid relocation is not provided to the Fairfield, NJ office.  Employee must self-relocate.


    • College degree
    • Experience within the office product industry
    • Experience with E-Automate


    • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written form.
